Requirements:
8+ years of experience in fashion sourcing or production
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Strong background in the fashion industry
In-depth knowledge of garment construction and CMT models (Cut, Make, Trim)
Solid understanding of global sourcing hubs and supplier networks
Proven negotiation skills with the ability to manage supplier relationships
