We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join our interior Fit-Out team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years experience, strong knowledge of finishing materials, and the ability to manage procurement for fast-track projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full procurement cycle for fit-out projects, ensuring all materials are sourced and delivered on time.
Prepare, update, and monitor Procurement Schedules and Long-Lead Items (LLI) to align with project timelines.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for finishing materials, joinery items, MEP materials, and project-specific items.
Issue RFQs, compare quotations, prepare purchase orders, and finalize supplier agreements.
Maintain strong relationships with local and international vendors to secure competitive pricing and timely deliveries.
Coordinate daily with project managers, design teams, quantity surveyors, and site teams to understand material specifications.
Monitor market trends, pricing, and material availability to support cost-effective procurement decisions.
Track material approvals, deliveries, and logistics to ensure smooth project execution.
Resolve any supply delays, shortages, or quality issues that may impact the project.
Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of procurement experience in the interior fit-out or construction industry (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
Strong technical knowledge of finishing materials: marble, tiles, sanitary ware, lighting, veneers, paints, hardware, fabrics, and more.
Proven experience working on fast-track fit-out projects with strict deadlines.
Ability to generate, update, and manage Procurement Schedules and Long-Lead Item trackers.
Excellent negotiation and vendor-management skills.
Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
