We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager with a strong background in Interior Fit-Out projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete procurement cycle including sourcing, vendor management, cost control, subcontractor finalization, and timely material delivery in line with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Sourcing
Develop and implement procurement strategies for interior fit-out projects.
Source and evaluate suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.
Handle RFQs, prepare comparison statements, and negotiate best prices and terms.
Finalize material procurement in line with project specifications and budgets.
Vendor & Subcontractor Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with approved vendors and subcontractors.
Conduct supplier performance evaluations.
Ensure prequalification and compliance with company and project requirements.
Cost Control & Budgeting
Monitor market price trends for fit-out materials.
Achieve cost savings through effective negotiation and value engineering.
Ensure procurement is within the project budget.
Coordination & Planning
Coordinate with:
Estimation team
Project managers
Design team
Site team
for material specifications and delivery schedules.
Track orders to ensure timely delivery to site.
Contract & Documentation
Prepare LPOs, procurement logs, and subcontract agreements.
Review contractual terms and conditions.
Ensure all procurement records are properly maintained.
Inventory & Logistics
Monitor stock levels for regular fit-out materials.
Plan logistics and delivery schedules.
Requirements:
Experience:
812 years of procurement experience in interior fit-out / joinery / construction companies in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of local UAE suppliers and subcontractors.
Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
