Position : Procurement Manager - Corporate office Of Manufacturing Division
Reporting to : CEO-Manufacturing
Role Description:
The Procurement Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing the procurement of goods and services to support company operations and projects. This role ensures cost-effective purchasing, timely delivery, and compliance with company policies and contractual requirements. The Procurement Manager plays a critical role in vendor management, negotiation, and maintaining supply chain efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage the procurement process including sourcing, tendering, evaluation, and contract award.
• Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve cost savings and value for the company.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and services to meet project schedules.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
• Maintain procurement records, contracts, and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, finance, operations) for procurement needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
• Analyze market trends and supplier conditions to identify opportunities and risks.
• Manage procurement budgets and cost control measures.
• Resolve supplier issues, delays, and discrepancies effectively
