Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement long-term procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks through proactive planning and supplier diversification.
• Evaluate, select, and manage suppliers based on performance, quality, and compliance.
• Conduct regular supplier audits and implement improvement plans.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to ensure competitive advantage.
• Draft and manage supplier contracts in compliance with legal and corporate standards.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives through process optimization and supplier consolidation.
• Monitor procurement budgets and identify opportunities for efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to Saint-Gobain's CSR policies and sustainability goals.
• Implement procurement practices that reduce environmental impact (e.g., reusable packaging, carbon footprint reduction).
• Work closely with operations, finance, and global purchasing teams to align sourcing strategies.
• Support production planning and inventory management to avoid stockouts and optimize working capital.
• Coach and develop the procurement team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Professional certifications (MCIPS, APICS, CPP) are a plus.
• 7+ years in procurement or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing procurement teams.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Analytical thinking and financial acumen.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and procurement best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
