Are you a seasoned procurement leader with a solid track record in endtoend project procurement for EPC projects in the oil & gas sector We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager who can bring deep technical expertise, strong supplier management skills, and strategic leadership to our growing team.

Your Role

As a Procurement Manager, you will :

• Lead and manage all project procurement activities for EPC projects.
• Oversee the full procurement cycle including:
• Purchasing & sourcing of project materials, equipment, and services
• Expediting of vendor deliverables
• Logistics & forwarding coordination
• Customs clearance and regulatory formalities
• Develop procurement strategies aligned with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong supplier, vendor, and subcontractor relationships.
• Track procurement performance and ensure timely delivery to meet project milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with project management, engineering, planning, and finance teams.
• Mitigate procurement risks and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

What We're Looking For

Experience

• Must have 20+ years of experience in project procurement within EPC oil and gas projects

Education:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related discipline

Expertise/Skills/Competencies

• In-depth understanding or project purchasing, expediting process, logistics and customs requirements.
• Strong knowledge of international supply chain practices and vendor management.
• Proven ability to manage high-value procurement packages under tight deadlines.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and leadership skills
