Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Mechanical Engineer at the SYSTICS office located in Qesm El Maadi. The role entails managing supplier evaluations, negotiating pricing and contracts, preparing and issuing purchase orders, and processing requests for quotations (RFQs). The Procurement Mechanical Engineer will ensure the procurement of high-quality materials and manage relationships with vendors to support project and operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with Supplier Evaluation and managing relationships with global vendors
• Proficiency in preparing Purchase Orders and processing Request for Quotation (RFQ)
• Strong Analytical Skills for procurement decision-making and cost analysis
• Excellent Communication skills for vendor negotiations and cross-team collaboration
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Familiarity with the procurement processes specific to mechanical systems and components
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines effectively
• Prior experience in procurement within the light current systems, ICT solutions, or industrial engineering sectors is a plus
