Job Title Procurement Officer (Arabic Speakers)

Work Location Dubai
Mandatory Experience working with government entity is an advantage. Preferably from Oil n Gas, Marine or Manufacturing Industry. Arabic Speakers only. Experience in SAP MM/Oracle ERP
Procurement & Strategic Sourcing:
- Lead full-cycle procurement activities (RFQ, bidding, evaluation, negotiation, award).
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
- Conduct commercial evaluations and bid tabulations using ERP systems.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, Incoterms, and long-term supplier agreements.
- Manage tender processes, pre-bid meetings, and contract finalization.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and supplier performance improvements.
Supply Chain & Material Management
- Oversee end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Align material planning with project schedules and operational demands.
- Monitor inventory levels (Min/Max, safety stock, lead time planning).
- Ensure timely replenishment of critical and high-consumption items.
- Coordinate warehouse receiving, issuing, and material allocation.
- Support project handover and material reconciliation processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
- MBA in Supply Chain Management (in progress/completed preferred).
- CPIM Certification preferred.
- SAP MM (S/4HANA) knowledge required.
- Oracle ERP experience required.
- 12+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain within Oil & Gas, Mining, or Marine sectors.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
