China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC ME) is recruiting a Procurement Officer to join our team, specializing in Road, Infrastructure, and Bridge Projects in Dubai, with a focus on RTA projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage procurement processes for large-scale road and infrastructure projects in alignment with RTA guidelines and regulations.
- Lead procurement activities, including tendering, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, specifications, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to meet project timelines and budget constraints.
- Provide strategic guidance to the procurement team in optimizing sourcing and supplier selection for high-value infrastructure projects.
- Manage and track procurement documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project timelines.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in UAE
