Hiring: Procurement Officer Medisal Pharma (Abu Dhabi, UAE)
As a proud United Arab Emirates company based in Abu Dhabi, Medisal Pharma is dedicated to excellence in manufacturing high-quality pharmaceutical products. To support our operations, we are looking to hire a skilled Procurement Officer to strengthen our supply chain and procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement for raw materials, packaging materials, machinery, and services.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
- Prepare purchase orders, maintain procurement records, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, QA/QC, and finance departments for smooth procurement workflows.
- Ensure compliance with EDE/DoH/UAE regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical procurement.
- Maintain vendor relationships and develop alternative supplier options to ensure business continuity.
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast needs, and optimize procurement costs.
- Support audits, documentation, and reporting related to procurement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 24 years experience in procurement, preferably in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of UAE procurement processes and supplier networks.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in ERP/Zoho systems is an advantage.
- UAE Driving License
