Procurement section head - civil

Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement of civil materials and subcontractors for water treatment projects.
• Review technical specifications, drawings, and BOQs for purchasing needs.
• Evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, and issue purchase orders/contracts.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor costs and ensure procurement within budget.
• Maintain supplier performance and procurement records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience, including water/wastewater treatment projects.
• Experience in procurement of civil works and materials.
• Strong technical understanding of drawings and specifications.
• Good negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Willingness to work in Alexandria.
