Job Description
Execute procurement processes for local and foreign goods and services, ensuring quality, costefficiency, and timely delivery.
Analyze purchase requisitions and market trends to identify suitable suppliers and negotiate favorable
terms.
Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements in alignment with company
policies.
Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and supplier performance for reporting and
analysis.
Coordinate with internal departments to forecast needs and resolve any issues related to orders or
deliveries.
Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement
practices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term collaboration and reliability.
Monitor contract execution and supplier performance, recommending corrective actions when
necessary.
