About the Company

Purchasing Specialist Location: Saudi Arabia

About the Role

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for multi-category comprehensive procurement in Saudi Arabia: administrative office, marketing services, operational support (such as leasing, charging, maintenance, insurance, IT, etc.)
  • Execute full procurement process: demand integration, sourcing negotiation, contract signing, order follow-up, delivery acceptance
  • Develop and manage local suppliers to promote cost optimization and delivery efficiency
  • Coordinate with logistics to handle import customs clearance and SABER certification matters to ensure compliance
  • Regularly output procurement data analysis and market condition reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, 3-8 years of procurement experience, experience in localized comprehensive procurement (multi-category) in the Middle East preferred
  • Fluent in English (working language), Arabic or Chinese preferred
  • Familiar with full procurement processes, ERP systems, with business negotiation and data analysis capabilities

Required Skills

  • Saudi nationality or holding valid Saudi work visa (Iqama)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in localized comprehensive procurement in the Middle East
