Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jeddah for a Procurement Specialist cum Storekeeper. The role involves overseeing the entire procurement process, ensuring stock levels are properly maintained, and accurately managing inventory. Daily responsibilities include unpacking, organizing, and storing items, effectively handling inventory control procedures, and operating equipment such as forklifts. Additionally, the role includes regular coordination with vendors for purchasing and participating in goods receiving and dispatching activities.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Packing and Unloading operations.
• Proficiency in Inventory Control and Inventory Management, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems and procurement software is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• 2-3 years of experience in procurement & warehousing,
• Able to communicate in English and Arabic.
• Own car with a valid driving license.
• Ready to join immediately
• Preferably Yemeni or Saudi nationals.
