Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our operations in Dubai Office. This role extends beyond local procurement the incumbent will also be responsible for overseeing and coordinating procurement functions across multiple national and international locations (Thailand & India), ensuring consistency, quality, and cost efficiency across all KGH units.
The ideal candidate will possess strong vendor management, cost-control, and negotiation capabilities, with a strategic mindset toward building a seamless and scalable supply chain network.
Key Responsibilities
Source and evaluate suppliers for food, beverages, consumables, and operational equipment across domestic and international markets.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with vendors to ensure optimal cost efficiency and reliability.
Manage multi-location procurement operations, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company standards across all restaurants, outlets, and central kitchens.
Maintain comprehensive records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance metrics.
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to manage purchase approvals, budgeting, and inventory forecasting.
Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, local trade laws, and import/export regulations.
Continuously monitor market trends, global sourcing opportunities, and pricing fluctuations to enhance procurement strategies.
Handle urgent procurement requirements effectively while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of procurement experience within the F&B, Hospitality, or FMCG sector (UAE experience preferred with international exposure).
Proven expertise in multi-location procurement and vendor coordination.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
Strong command of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems.
Sound understanding of vendor management, import/export documentation, and supply chain logistics.
Communication skills in English is mandatory and Hindi is a plus.
