Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, negotiation, purchasing, and delivery coordination.
• Source and procure raw materials, mechanical components, and services related to the metal/manufacturing industry.
• Evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and logistics teams to meet operational and project requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and quality compliance.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers without compromising quality.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 610 years of proven procurement experience, preferably within the metal or manufacturing industry.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical materials, sourcing strategies, and vendor management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems and MS Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
