Procurement Specialist

The Procurement Engineer will manage material sourcing, supplier negotiations, and LPO execution to ensure timely delivery aligned with project requirements. Success in this role means securing competitive prices, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring site continuity without delays.

• Review material requests and prepare RFQs
• Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations
• Prepare comparison sheets and issue LPOs
• Coordinate with site engineers for material approvals
• Track deliveries and resolve supply issues
• Maintain procurement logs and documentation

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience in construction procurement
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Knowledge of local suppliers in Qatar
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
