Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Procurement Specialist. The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for preparing purchase orders, evaluating suppliers for quality and reliability, and conducting contract negotiations to achieve optimal deals. The role will also involve analyzing procurement requirements, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring procurement compliance with organizational standards and policies.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Purchase Orders and Procurement processes to ensure efficient and effective supply chain operations.
  • Experience in Supplier Evaluation and Contract Negotiation to secure favorable terms and assess supplier performance.
  • Strong Analytical Skills for assessing procurement requirements, identifying opportunities for cost savings, and making data-informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices, and the ability to adapt to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to work collaboratively with teams and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in industry-specific procurement practices is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
