Must hold an Accounting degree.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain vendor records and ensure policy compliance.
  • Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotes.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support procurement operations.
  • Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries.
  • Process invoices, payments, and purchase orders.
  • Support accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in financial reporting and expense tracking.
  • Maintain financial records and ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting only.
  • 0-2 years of experience (internships or fresh graduates welcome).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of financial transactions, invoice processing, and procurement procedures.

Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or any ERP system is a plus).

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and assist in decision-making.

Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal teams.
