Role Overview

The Producer owns production outcomes end-to-end, from planning through to delivery. This role exists to protect quality, control budgets and timelines, and lead teams through clean, well-run productions. It's for someone who plans ahead, communicates clearly, and can say no with solutions.

What You'll Do

• Leadproduction delivery from pre-production through handover with full ownership of scope, execution, and wrap
• Build and managerealistic budgets with proper contingencies
• Create and enforceachievable timelines, sign-offs, and feasibility checks
• Leadon-set execution with calm authority and professional set culture
• ManageProduction Coordinators and raise production standards across projects
• Protectquality through proactive planning and disciplined decision-making
• Escalaterisks early and prevent surprises for clients and internal teams

What You Bring (Qualifications):

Must-Have

• 4 years+experience in production or project ownership roles
• Near-native English (written and spoken)
• Proven ownership of budgets and timelines for photo and video productions
• Extensive on-set experience across multiple productions
• Cultural fluency and professionalism across Europe, US, Japan, and GCC
• Unrestricted ability to travel internationally from Egypt (including early calls, weekends)
• Confidence in professional pushback and boundary-setting

Nice to Have

• Experience producing for luxury or premium brands
• Background in creative or content agencies
• Experience managing multi-market stakeholders

Success in This Role Looks Like:

Within your first 90 days, you are running projects with clear plans, clean sign-offs, and minimal firefighting. Budgets and timelines stay under control because you lead proactively, and shoots feel calm, professional, and well-prepared.
