Job Description
The role holder is responsible for supporting the Product Analyst in driving successful Technology product development, executing projects efficiently, and maintaining effective communication and coordination among team members and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities
▪ Support the Product Analyst in defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and overseeing product development processes.
▪ Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation under the guidance of the product manager.
▪ Execute assigned tasks and activities within the project, ensuring adherence to project schedules and milestones.
▪ Assist in identifying project risks and contribute to the development of mitigation strategies.
▪ Support the Product Analyst in communicating project progress and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
▪ Support product teams in their product decisions using quantitative data to inform the next steps.
▪ Utilize performance metrics to evaluate if product development is satisfactory and aligned with development plans.
▪ Conduct desktop research to monitor competitor activities, as well as any price movements and make recommendations that will be used in key decision making.
Knowledge & Experience
▪ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required
▪ Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) preferred
▪ Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English
▪ 5 years experience in similar or related field
▪ Experience in Information Technology / Data Solutions / Networking / Cybersecurity preferred
