About the Client:
A premium bakery brand in Dubai known for its artisanal pastries, breads, and exquisite desserts combining flavors with contemporary innovation.
Job Description:
- Support creation and launch of bakery, pastry, and caf products, conduct market research, and ensure quality, cost, and consistency across outlets.
- Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and events, support outlet expansions and pop-ups, and analyze competitors to optimize offerings and pricing.
- Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Procurement, and Production to coordinate product launches, campaigns, and store execution.
- Track product performance, sales, and customer feedback; prepare insights-driven reports and recommend improvements for growth and margins.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Hospitality, or related field with 24 years experience in product development, business development, or F&B operations.
- Strong understanding of bakery/caf concepts, customer trends, and UAE F&B market; experienced in working with suppliers and cross-functional teams with excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and data-driven; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting tools.
