Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Designer I who can think holistically about product experiences and understands the nuances of Arabic-speaking markets. You will design end-to-end user journeys across multiple business tools within the Peko ecosystem, working closely with product, engineering, and business teams.
This role suits a designer who is comfortable owning features, shaping UX decisions, and contributing to a growing design system in a fast-moving product environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design thoughtful, scalable experiences across Peko's all-in-one business platform
- Translate complex business and financial workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Ensure consistency and quality by contributing to Peko's design system
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers from discovery to delivery
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and insights
- Design localized experiences, including Arabic and RTL interfaces
- Champion user-centered design across the product lifecycle
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in product design (UX/UI, interaction design)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and problem solving
- Expertise in Figma and modern design workflows
- Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and usability
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Experience designing for RTL languages and regional users
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or B2B platforms
- Understanding of complex dashboards or enterprise workflows
- Experience with motion design or micro-interactions
