You'll work directly with the founder and engineers to shape how the product actually works, not just how it looks.
What you'll do- Design end-to-end product flows across web
- Simplify complex booking and operational journeys
- Audit existing screens and remove friction
- Build and evolve a design system
- Work closely with engineers to ship quickly
- Use real user behaviour to inform product decisions
What we're looking for- A product designer not just a UI/UX designer
- 3+ years experience designing SaaS or marketplace products
- A portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, early-stage environments
- Able to articulate design decisions clearly
- Strong Figma skills
- Bias toward shipping and iteration over perfection
- Designing products that solve problems in a simple and elegant way while taking care of every small detail
- A love for problem-solving and to be challenged
- The ability to think at a high level about product strategy and articulate design decisions
- A solid understanding of technical implications in their design decisions
- The ability to take ownership of design processes
- A focus on UX and an understanding of human behaviour
- Clean visual design sense
- Skills in typography and grids
- Outside of the box thinking
- Create intuitive, visually appealing, and accessible user interfaces for our users
Nice to Have
- Experience with B2B or two-sided platforms
- Familiarity with transactional or workflow-heavy products
- Start-up or scale-up background
- Frontend knowledge
- Experience working in the property or hotel industry
