Your New Role
As the Product Development Director within the AI & Innovation division, you will be the driving force behind the creation and execution of next-generation digital products. Reporting to the General Manager of AI & Innovation, you will lead a multidisciplinary team to transform complex technical concepts into market-ready solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Designing and implementing the Product Development strategy and roadmap in perfect alignment with the broader AI & Advanced Technologies business unit.
- End-to-End Product Management: Defining product visions, conducting deep market research, and forecasting demand to ensure products meet evolving customer needs.
- Technical Architecture Leadership: Designing the overall Solutions Architecture for software products, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and integrated with emerging AI technologies.
- Design Excellence: Overseeing UI/UX strategies to ensure all digital solutions are intuitive, user-centric, and visually compelling.
- Operational Management: Managing the department's budget cycle, formulating financial risk mitigation plans, and establishing high-performance KPIs.
- Team Leadership: Mentoring and recruiting top-tier technical talent, fostering a culture of performance and continuous innovation.
What You'll Need to Succeed
We are looking for a visionary leader who thrives at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and product design.
- Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in product development or IT, with at least 4 years in a managerial leadership position.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Technical Proficiency: A strong background in Solutions Architecture, technical project management, and UI/UX design strategy.
- Methodology: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a proven track record of managing products from conception to completion.
- Leadership Traits: Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate high-level business goals into technical specifications.
