Description

We are seeking a Product Development Specialist to support the development of new construction and material-based products in collaboration with local manufacturers in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on working closely with factoriessuch as gypsum, coatings, and building material manufacturersto co-develop market-ready products from concept and prototyping through testing and technical documentation, under the manufacturer's brand.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field

• 36 years of experience in product development, materials development, or manufacturing-related roles

• Hands-on experience working with factories or production environments

• Strong understanding of material-based products and development cycles

• Experience coordinating testing, validation, and technical documentation

Roles And Responsibilities

• Collaborate with local manufacturers to develop new material-based products for the Saudi market

• Lead product development activities with factories, including formulation, prototyping, and refinement

• Translate technical performance requirements into manufacturable product specifications

• Coordinate laboratory testing and validation with approved testing facilities

• Manage product development timelines from concept to final approval

• Prepare technical documentation, data sheets, and product specifications

• Support product readiness for use in projects and market applications

• Act as the technical interface between manufacturers, laboratories, and internal teams
