You&aposll work closely with celebrity teams, creative thinkers, and outsourced manufacturers to launch breakthrough products that define whats next in beauty.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Dive into consumer insights and competitive intel
• Collaborate with celebrities and internal teams to capture brand-aligned product visions
• Own the full product journey: ideation development delivery
• Ensure timelines, specifications, and budgets are all in sync
• Push for sustainability in materials and processes
• Keep communication flowing across vendor, internal, and celebrity teams
• Be the go-to contact for all things production
• Make sure outsourced partners deliver the goods on time, on specifications, on point
• Oversee product testing, compliance, and quality benchmarks
• Keep the glam factor high and the defects low
• Track it all specs, test results, supplier comms, and more
• Delivering timely updates and performance dashboards to stakeholders
• Keep everything organized and accessible across the board

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelors degree in supply chain, Business, Product Development, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in product development or purchasing, preferably in cosmetics
• Experience working with outsourced manufacturers and launching real products
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Fluent in Arabic (English is a plus)
• Strong project management chops and multitasking prowess
• Deep knowledge of vendor relations, compliance, and manufacturing
• Experience navigating the beauty industrys fast-paced, high-expectation landscape
• A love for all things beauty, branding, and big ideas
