Job Description

Role Purpose:

The Product Executive supports the full lifecycle of automotive product management, ensuring competitive positioning, accurate product data, and strong collaboration across marketing, sales, planning, and aftersales. The role strengthens product competitiveness through research, analysis, and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed market research, visit competitor showrooms, and gather pricing, specifications, and trim-level insights.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales, MEAC, and competitiveness reports for senior leadership.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, regulatory updates, and competitor movements.
  • Support forecasting, product planning, and order recommendations based on market intelligence.
  • Review and update product specification sheets, ensuring accuracy across all touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and aftersales teams to ensure product updates are communicated effectively.
  • Develop monthly product bulletins and internal newsletters summarizing key updates.
  • Collect information from SASO, GSO, and other authorities to ensure product compliance.
  • Support product launches, dealer training sessions, and fleet presentations.
  • Assist in developing pricing recommendations and competitiveness analyses.
  • Create and analyze customer surveys to drive product improvement initiatives.
  • Support digital product content creation, including website updates, brochures, and product assets.
  • Work with marketing and PR teams to ensure product messaging accuracy and consistency.
  • Coordinate with supply chain teams to monitor stock levels, aging, and mix optimization.
  • Assist in preparing business cases for new models, facelifts, and specification changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in English
  • Automotive industry experience or strong enthusiasm for the sector.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting and presentation abilities.
  • Professional writing skills in Arabic and English.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and crossfunctional collaboration skills.
