Job Description

Product Line Sales Manager is responsible for achieving the company&aposs product line revenue and profitability goals. With a keen eye for market dynamics, this role extends beyond traditional sales into the art of category management. The mission is to craft and execute strategic sales plans, foster collaboration across teams, and artfully navigate market insights, ensuring the achievement of sales objectives and the flourishing growth of the product portfolio in harmony with company goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting comprehensive market research encompassing assortment, pricing, and distribution analysis.
  • Defining sales strategy, pricing and brands promotion tailored for the market.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies within various sales channels.
  • Supervising product performance and managing listing plans across customers and sales channels.
  • Conducting analytical work and preparing regular reports on market performance, trends, and strategies.
  • Undertaking additional tasks linked to business development in the market.

About you:

  • 5+ years of Products Sale in IT Distribution in the UAE
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated successful track record in sales, including meeting revenue and profitability targets.
  • Strong comprehension of the product line, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
