Job Description

We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong Salesforce background to join our client's dynamic team, responsible for driving key initiatives and enhancements in their product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transform merchant and menu systems to enhance discoverability, customer reach, and sustainable sales growth.
  • Strengthen the platform's role by developing e-commerce capabilities, ticketing services, events, and auctions.
  • Develop and implement a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals, integrating Salesforce solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with external partners to support ticketing and shipping services, enhancing Salesforce integration.
  • Oversee the redesign of the application to improve usability and customer experience, ensuring compatibility with Salesforce functionalities.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and user stories.
  • Partner with designers to shape user experience (UX) flows and wireframes, ensuring a user-centric approach.
  • Conduct external meetings with partners and engage stakeholders to validate business requirements.
  • Perform market analysis and benchmarking for insights into competitors and internal processes, utilizing Salesforce data capabilities.
  • Conduct testing with stakeholders to guarantee a seamless user experience, particularly focusing on Salesforce features.
  • Analyze business needs to implement systems that enhance customer retention and engagement, leveraging Salesforce tools.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in Product Management with a proven track record of successful product launches.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce platforms and tools, with certification preferred.
  • Expertise in Product Analytics and using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA.
  • Excellent problem-solving and planning abilities with a focus on enhancing customer experience.
  • Robust understanding of competitive analysis and market benchmarking techniques.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
