Role Description

We are seeking a Cairo-based Product Manager to lead and grow Saudi portfolios in Cardio-Metabolic, GIT & OTC categories, operating closely with Amarox KSA's leadership.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic brand plans aligned with the Saudi healthcare market and Amarox's growth objectives.

Lead full product lifecycle managementincluding segmentation, positioning, launch excellence, optimization, and maturity management.

Drive cross-functional coordination with Sales, Medical, Access, and Regulatory teams to enable flawless execution.

Analyze IQVIA datasets, market trends, competition, and commercial performance to shape strategy and maximize portfolio impact.

Design and implement CRM-driven campaigns, digital initiatives, and multichannel programs that enhance HCP reach and engagement.

Ensure compliance with SFDA, MOH, and internal policies across all brand activities.

Support forecasting, budgeting, and launch readiness of priority brands.

Contribute to organizational learning by identifying best practices and performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Mandatory).

Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical Product Management experience.

Proven track record within CardioMetabolic, GIT, or OTC therapeutic areas.

Prior experience with multinational or leading regional pharmaceutical companies.

Strong command of Saudi healthcare dynamics, private market, and tender sector.

High proficiency with IQVIA tools, CRM platforms, brand analytics, and digital KPIs.
