PRODUCT MANAGER CRYPTOReports to: Director of Product

Our client is a state-of-the-art crypto trading platform, ranked among the top 10 most secure exchanges in the world. Their mission is to revolutionise the financial landscape by empowering ambitious investors and the next generation of traders to take control of their financial journey.

The platform offers an impressive suite of innovative features including Spot Trading, Derivatives Trading, OTC Leverage, and Token Launchpad Services, enabling users to diversify across a wide range of assets within a highly secure custodian environment. They are now looking for a driven and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and optimisation of their core trading products.

THE ROLE

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the heart of the product organisation. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and outcomes - working closely with Technology, Design, Compliance, Marketing, and Business teams to deliver exceptional trading experiences that delight customers and drive growth.

You are customer-obsessed, deeply analytical, and equally comfortable thinking strategically and diving into execution detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Ownership & Strategy

• Own the product vision, roadmap, KPIs, and outcomes across mobile and web
• Define strategy to deliver best-in-class trading functionality
• Identify and prioritise new opportunities aligned to customer needs and business goals

Market & Competitor Intelligence

• Monitor the global competitive landscape in crypto and digital assets
• Translate market insights into strategic product improvements and differentiators

Customer Experience & UI/UX

• Own all customer-facing functionality and trading workflows end-to-end
• Define required UI/UX improvements and collaborate closely with design and engineering

Data-Driven Optimisation

• Track key metrics to identify friction points and improvement opportunities
• Use data to drive decisions that enhance conversion, adoption, and engagement

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with engineering to ensure clear requirements, efficient sprint planning, and high-quality delivery
• Work with compliance, operations, and risk to ensure features meet regulatory obligations
• Align with marketing and customer support on feature launches and user education

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience

• 510+ years of product management experience, including ownership of major product areas
• Strong background in crypto platforms - trading, DeFi, Blockchain, or similar
• Deep understanding of crypto products: spot trading, derivatives, custody, staking, launchpads, onboarding solutions
• Proven track record launching and iterating customer-facing digital products
• Experience in B2C and high-velocity transactional environments is a strong advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of crypto trading mechanics - order types, market structure, liquidity, pricing, and risk
• Exceptional analytical skills: ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make sound decisions
• Proficiency in writing clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Strong UX intuition with the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Education

• Bachelor's degree required (Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field)
• Master's degree or MBA is a plus
