Main Responsibilities:

Manage the full product lifecycle from planning to launch and post-launch.

Develop product strategies aligned with market needs and company goals.

Coordinate with international manufacturers and suppliers.

Support sales teams with technical knowledge, demos, and proposals.

Lead new product launches and sales/customer training.

Analyze market trends, competitors, and product performance.

Prepare reports, KPIs, and insights using CRM tools.

Key Accountabilities:

Bachelor's degree in Dentistry, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Science, or related field.

36 years of experience in dental or medical product management.

Strong understanding of dental equipment and consumables.

Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.

CRM proficiency and willingness to travel when needed.

Languages:

• Arabic and English professional proficiency.
