Job Description

About Tamm

Tamm is building the first creator-commerce platform in Saudi Arabia. We help YouTubers, streamers, podcasters, and digital creators go from audience to brand in days, not months.

Creators shouldn't have to design products, negotiate with factories, manage imports, handle certifications, or figure out logistics. They should be creating. We take full ownership of the commerce side so they can stay focused on what they do best.

Here's what creators get with Tamm:

  • A no-code website builder to launch a branded online store
  • A digital product builder connected to real manufacturing
  • Warehousing, packaging, and last-mile delivery, handled
  • A single dashboard to manage orders, customers, financials, and operations

Every system behind Tamm, from factory management to warehouse operations, is built in-house. No third-party shortcuts. Full control over quality, speed, and the creator experience.

We're backed by a 20M SAR investment with a 30+ person team, and currently in beta launch (invite-only) with a select group of creators using the platform live.

How We Think About AI at Tamm

This isn't a checkbox on our job listing. It's how we build.

We believe the future of software isn't about writing more code, and it's not about being replaced by AI agents. It's about building systems where AI agents work at maximum efficiency, and then continuously improving those systems. Every person at Tamm is expected to work alongside AI as a core part of their workflow, not as an afterthought.

As a Product Manager, this means you understand how AI agents are reshaping how products get built and shipped. You'll work with engineering teams that operate with AI as a core team member, not a novelty. You need to understand what AI-augmented development makes possible (faster iteration, broader test coverage, automated documentation) and factor that into how you scope features, set timelines, and prioritize. You don't need to write prompts yourself, but you need to understand the capabilities and constraints of AI-driven workflows well enough to make smart product decisions around them.

What You'll Own

You'll be the Product Manager for our e-commerce platform, the central hub where creators build storefronts, manage products, design websites, and run their operations.

Your role bridges product vision, design, and technical execution. You'll define what makes the Tamm experience delightful, from how creators set up a store and customize their site, to how they track sales, manage customers, and grow their audience.

You'll write and maintain PRDs, roadmaps, business case briefs, and success metrics. You'll partner with design, engineering, and growth teams to prioritize features, lead discovery, and drive iterative releases that make e-commerce simpler, smarter, and more human.

What You'll Do

  • Define and own the product roadmap for the e-commerce platform
  • Collaborate with creators, sellers, and internal teams to identify needs, pain points, and opportunities
  • Translate user insights into actionable product requirements, wireframes, and engineering stories
  • Partner with design to craft intuitive workflows for store creation and management
  • Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming, delivering timely, high-quality releases
  • Establish clear success metrics (adoption, activation, conversion) and continuously improve them
  • Bridge business strategy, technical implementation, and end-user experience
  • Drive experimentation and data-driven decisions across the product lifecycle
  • Understand and factor in AI-augmented development capabilities when scoping features and setting expectations with engineering

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, e-commerce, or high-growth startups
  • Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape in Saudi Arabia
  • Experience working across engineering, design, and commercial stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with OKRs, roadmap planning, A/B testing, Jira, and agile environments
  • Comfort working onsite alongside designers and engineers in a fast-moving startup
  • Familiarity with how AI tools are changing product development workflows. You don't need to be a prompt engineer, but you need to understand what AI-augmented teams can do and how to plan around it

Strong Pluses

  • E-commerce platform experience (Shopify, Salla, Wix, or similar ecosystems) is a major plus
  • Design sensibility and a good eye for visually appealing interfaces
  • Familiarity with no-code or design-first website builders
  • Technical understanding of modern stacks (React, Next.js, Node.js, APIs)

Location and Details

  • Onsite in Khobar / Dammam, Saudi Arabia
  • Relocation support available
  • Full-time
