Required Skills & Experience
Domain expertise - must have

Solid understanding of digital payments ecosystem: card acquiring, alternative payment methods, payment routing, settlement flows, and reconciliation
Experience with payment gateway or orchestration platforms, ideally in a B2B context
Experience with iGaming, gambling, or high-risk merchant verticals
Understanding of merchant onboarding processes, KYC/KYB requirements, and risk assessment workflows

Product management fundamentals

Experience owning a product backlog, writing user stories, and working in agile environments
Ability to translate business requirements into clear product specifications
Stakeholder management across technical teams, commercial teams, and external partners
Experience managing product lifecycle

Technical acumen

Collaboration & communication

Clear written and verbal communication, particularly for documentation and cross-functional alignment
Experience working with distributed or remote teams
Ability to manage competing priorities from multiple stakeholders

Nice to Have

Understanding of chargeback management, fraud prevention, and transaction monitoring
Familiarity with specific payment schemes or regional payment methods relevant to your markets
Experience with multi-tenant SaaS products and white-label solutions is valuable
Understanding of webhooks, REST APIs, and integration patterns
