Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager (2–4 years experience) to drive product planning, discovery, execution, and continuous improvement. You will translate requirements into clear specifications, manage the roadmap, and validate features with real users. The role also includes supporting competitor analysis to guide product direction and positioning.

Key Responsibilities

User & Market Discovery

• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and feedback sessions.
• Identify user pain points and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Perform competitor analysis to understand market trends, feature gaps, and opportunities.

Documentation & Planning

• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on impact and feasibility.
• Develop and manage the product roadmap.

Execution & Delivery

• Plan and oversee sprints, features, milestones, and development timelines.
• Review and test features before release to ensure quality and clarity.
• Keep all product documentation updated and consistent.

Validation & Iteration

• Collect and analyze feedback post-release.
• Analyze product performance using basic metrics and propose improvements.
• Recommend enhancements based on data, user insights, and market understanding.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Strong ability to write clear documentation and requirements.
• Comfortable conducting user research and interviews.
• Understanding of web applications and feature lifecycles.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a startup environment.
• Technical background or strong technical literacy is a plus.
