Job Description

Develop and execute the product roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, and operations teams to design, build, and launch new features.
Gather and analyze data to make informed product decisions and measure success.
Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on product enhancements.
Prioritize features based on business impact, feasibility, and customer feedback.
Ensure seamless integration of third-party tools and technologies where necessary.
Monitor product performance and continuously optimize for efficiency and user satisfaction.
Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure product adoption and engagement.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in product management, preferably within logistics, transportation, or supply chain sectors.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile development environment.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and customer-centric product development.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable tasks.
Experience with ERP systems, dashboards, and mobile applications is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
