Role Overview
The ideal candidate is an analytical and results-driven professional who will lead a team of high-performing individuals responsible for managing the full product lifecyclefrom strategy and development to evaluation and continuous improvement. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver product roadmaps and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives, target audience needs, and overall strategy.
- Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure focus on high-value deliverables.
- Analyze business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure clarity and alignment across the development team.
- Establish and manage priorities across products while maintaining an organized and up-to-date backlog.
- Act as the primary liaison between development teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
- Gather stakeholder feedback, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment with the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with development teams to plan and prioritize product releases, defining scope and sequencing of features.
- Review and validate deliverables, ensuring outputs meet acceptance criteria and are ready for release.
- Monitor key performance metrics to assess product success and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure a cohesive product strategy.
People Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers across the portfolio to align on roadmaps, priorities, and dependencies, facilitating necessary discussions.
- Lead discussions on squad vision, scope, KPIs, and resource allocation to ensure alignment and eliminate duplication of effort.
- Drive a sense of urgency and accountability across squads to achieve portfolio-level objectives.
- Oversee and support product adoption initiatives.
- Represent the portfolio in discussions within and across the Tribe.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Ensure strong alignment between product strategy and overall organizational goals.
- Foster a culture of innovation within the product development team.
- Develop and execute long-term product strategies, anticipating market trends, technological advancements, and evolving customer needs.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that may impact product success.
- Make strategic decisions regarding resource allocation, including budget, timelines, and team capacity.
- Continuously evaluate opportunities for growth, expansion, and product enhancement.
- Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders at all levels.
Educational and Technical Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of relevant domains and product landscapes.
- Solid understanding of industry trends and key challenges.
- Proven experience in Agile environments, with a strong ability to build and manage product backlogs.
- Experience working with engineering and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage complex products and multiple parallel initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership.
- Ability to translate Agile methodologies into clear, client-facing communication.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.

Language Requirements
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic is essential.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in a senior technical or product management role.
