This role is designed for individuals who are strategic, analytical, and passionate about creating seamless digital experiences. You will be responsible for defining product vision, prioritizing features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life. By leveraging data and user insights, you will directly contribute to product growth and business success.
What You'll Be Doing
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Support teams
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories
- Monitor product performance and user behavior to drive improvements
- Lead product launches, feature releases, and go-to-market strategies
- Identify opportunities for innovation and product optimization
- Analyze market trends and competitor landscape
- Track and report on key product metrics and KPIs
- Continuously improve product processes, workflows, and user experience

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
- 35 years of experience in Product Management or a similar role
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, dashboards, or BI tools)
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar) is a plus
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to make data-driven decisions
