Product Manager

Role Description

We are seeking a Product Manager for a flexible part-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, UAE, with opportunities for remote work. The Product Manager will oversee the development and performance of the company's product portfolio, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and roadmaps. Responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying customer needs, prioritizing features, guiding product lifecycle from concept to launch, and ensuring alignment with business goals. You will also work closely with stakeholders to track product performance and implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Product Strategy, Roadmap Development, and Lifecycle Management
• Experience in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Identifying Customer Needs
• Proficiency in Agile Development Methodologies and Collaboration Tools
• Excellent Communication, Stakeholder Management, and Leadership Skills
• Ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and deliver measurable results
• Prior experience in project or product management within relevant industries is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is required; MBA is a plus
• Familiarity with UAE markets and multicultural team environments is advantageous
