Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Product Manager for Pay10, responsible for driving the product development and product Product growth of the payment solutions and digital products.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience developing fintech/payments products.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy and Vision
- Leading the development of a comprehensie product roadmap, prioritise features and initiatives in alignment with the product vision and strategy
- Supporting global Head of Product to developing Go-to-Market plans and strategic product growth plans for countries and regions
2. People Management
- Managing cross functional product leads, global product managers and product analysts while providing mentoring and coaching
- Adopting Agile product management to lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch to optimisation
3. Project Management
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget and quality standards.
- Developing detailed project plans, milestones and deliverables and track progress against key metrics
- Identifying and mitigating risks, dependencies and resource constraints to drive successful project outcomes
4. Market and User research
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emergencing trends, competitive landscape and customer needs in the payments industry.
- Utilising qualitative and quantitative research methods to gather insights from customers, stakeholders and industry experts.
- Synthetising findings into actionable recommendations to inform product strategy and development
5. Product innovation
- Driving product innovation by generating and evaluating new ideas that address customer pain points and market opportunities
- Prioritising and championing promising ideas through the product development lifecycle from concept validation to commercialisation
6. Stakeholder Management
- Build and nurture strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders including business partners, customers, executives and regulatory authorities.
- Collaborating effectively across functional teams and organisational boundaries in a matrix environment
- Gathering feedback, managing expectations and drive alignment on product priorities and decisions to achieve shared goals and objectives
Key Qualifications
- Bachelors degree computer science or related field
- SAFe certified is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years&apos as a Product Owner/Manager
- Industry experience in fintech, payments, digital banking, or technology-driven sectors is strongly preferred.
