Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Health Specialist based in Dubai, with opportunities to work remotely. Responsibilities include promoting occupational health initiatives, providing customer service, delivering health guidance, and supporting clients with regulatory-related inquiries. This role requires direct client interaction and collaboration with internal teams to design and execute health promotion strategies relevant to regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge and experience in Occupational Health and Medicine, particularly in healthcare or regulatory settings.
- Expertise in Health Promotion, including the ability to design and implement health-oriented strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English; familiarity with other languages is an advantage.
- Prior experience in regulatory affairs or healthcare compliance is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Medicine, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
