Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Sahseh app in alignment with the First Party's overall business objectives, focus on technical feasibility and innovation.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales to gather requirements for new features or enhancements to the app.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to define product specifications and provide clear documentation.
  • Prioritize feature development backlog and user stories based on customer needs and business values.
  • Continuously analyze user behavior using analytics and CRM tools to identify areas of improvement in user experience.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive interfaces that enhance usability and engagement
  • Design experiments (A/P Testing) to test hypotheses related to feature enhancements or new functionality in the app
  • Analyze test results and make data-driven decisions on implementing changes.
  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user acquisition, retention, engagement, conversion rates, etc., regularly report on them to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with external vendors or partners if needed for any integrations or extensions of the app's functionality
  • Plan and execute successful launches of new features or versions of Sahseh app by coordinating efforts across various departments like marketing, PR, and customer support teams
  • Actively gather feedback from users through multiple channels (reviews/comments/interviews/usability testing) and regularly analyze it to identify pain points or areas of improvement
  • Establish a process to create a focus group of 500 users on each platform (iOS & Android)

Job requirements:

  • From 2 to 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in mobile app development or within a startup environment.
  • A degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field
  • Ability to define and communicate a product vision, set goals, and prioritize features.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Skill in balancing customer feedback, market needs, and internal business goals to prioritize features.
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and customer needs, with a focus on building intuitive, user-friendly apps.
  • Ability to define, track, and optimize key product metrics (KPIs) such as user engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Familiarity with mobile app development processes and technologies, working with development teams to ensure feasibility and timely execution.
  • Experience in working with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban), leading sprints, and managing product backlogs.
  • Ability to understand technical challenges, communicate with developers effectively, and make informed decisions on trade-offs.
