Job Role:
- To manage and drive the end-to-end lifecycle of 5G products and services, ensuring their strategic alignment with company objectives, market relevance, and customer satisfaction, while supporting cross-functional collaboration, product performance, and business growth.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the product strategy and roadmap for 5G services and solutions in alignment with company objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and continuous improvement post launch.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and emerging trends in the 5G domain.
- Develop Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and Marketing Requirement Documents (MRD) in collaboration with technical and commercial teams.
- Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure product readiness and adherence to delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design go-to-market (GTM) plans and promotional campaigns for 5G products.
- Monitor product performance indicators (KPIs), analyze customer usage and sales data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the development of pricing models, business cases, and financial forecasts for 5G products and services.
- Prepare regular performance and progress reports, providing insights and recommendations for product enhancement.
- Ensure product compliance with regulatory, technical, and quality standards for 5G services.
- Support partnership and vendor management activities to enhance product delivery and market success.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or equivalent (MBA degree is a plus).
- 5 years of experience in a Product Management B2B or B2C. Experience in a job in the ICT market globally, and locally.
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past.
