Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the design, launch, and scaling of products and services that require on-site activation and field operations, particularly in environments involving equipment, machinery, and operational deployment.

This role requires a strong blend of product strategy, execution, operational readiness, and cross-functional leadership to take products from concept to launch and ensure successful field adoption and long-term performance.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Discovery:

  • Lead the discovery, design, and development of new products and services based on market needs, customer pain points, and strategic priorities.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight gathering to identify new product opportunities and emerging industry trends.
  • Develop product strategies, roadmaps, pricing approaches, and business models aligned with customer needs and organizational objectives.
  • Build business cases and feasibility assessments for new products, services, and initiatives.
  • Define product value propositions, target segments, and success metrics.

Product Delivery & Launch

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept, validation, and planning to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Translate product strategy into clear business and functional requirements for prototyping, development, testing, and release.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver products successfully and on time.
  • Define launch readiness plans and ensure alignment across all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor product performance and KPIs post-launch, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous iteration.

Field Activation & Operational Readiness

  • Lead products and initiatives that require on-site activation, field deployment, and operational coordination.
  • Design and manage activation models, site readiness requirements, rollout plans, and deployment checklists.
  • Coordinate with field teams, vendors, partners, and operational stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation on the ground.
  • Support the development of operating models, SOPs, service workflows, and handover requirements needed for successful field execution.
  • Identify operational risks, dependencies, and implementation bottlenecks, and drive mitigation plans during rollout and scale-up.
  • Ensure successful transition from pilot stage to full operational deployment.

Partnerships & Stakeholder Management

  • Assess partnership opportunities that support product launch, service delivery, or operational scale-up.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders, implementation partners, and external service providers.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and updates on product progress, launch readiness, risks, and business impact.
  • Facilitate alignment across strategic, technical, and operational stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption.

Minimum Experience

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Product Management or a related field.

Preferred Experience

  • Proven experience in product management with ownership of products or services from ideation to launch.
  • Hands-on experience in launching products that require field operations, on-site activation, deployment, or operational rollout.
  • Strong experience in building business cases, conducting feasibility studies, and assessing market opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, commercial, and leadership teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong marketing and product positioning knowledge.
  • Advanced negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage product performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and product financial performance monitoring.
