Job Purpose
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager Order Management & Logistics to own the full lifecycle of orders at Flowardfrom order creation to last-mile delivery.
You will be responsible for defining and delivering Floward's next-generation Order Management System (OMS) and Logistics Orchestration Layer, enabling millions of customers to enjoy reliable, fast, frictionless gifting experiences across our multi-country operations.
This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with engineering, data, operations, commercial, and CX teams to improve on-time delivery, routing efficiency, order health, cost per order, and delivery experience at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Roadmapping
- Define the long-term strategy for OMS & Logistics.Translate the strategy into clear, actionable roadmaps.
- Align with Operations leadership to improve delivery speed, prep times, and cost per order.
- Steer cross-functional execution across Tech, Ops, Finance, CX, and Growth.
Product Development & Delivery
- Partner with engineering to deliver high-quality features using scalable architecture (APIs, microservices, event-driven systems).
- Lead the centralized OMS roadmap, covering order ingestion, SLA management, routing, address validation, fraud scoring, etc.
- Ensure seamless integration across all Floward platforms (mobile app, web, partner stores, B2B APIs).
Order Management & Fulfillment
- Manage order lifecycle from creation to handover.Oversee SLA engine, split shipments, substitution logic, and order health.
- Build systems that minimize exceptions and improve end-to-end reliability.
Logistics & Last-Mile Delivery
- Drive improvements in auto-allocation, slot orchestration, routing optimization, and driver app experience.
- Enhance delivery tracking and real-time visibility.Reduce delivery exceptions and improve on-time delivery (OTD).
- Build predictive models for SLA risk and delays.
Dispatch, Grouping & Preparation
- Optimize dispatch flows to meet 6090 minute delivery promises.
- Improve coordination between logistics, WMS, and florist app teams.
- Enhance prep-time prediction and operational productivity.
Cross-Market Scalability
- Develop solutions that work across all Floward markets (UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Jordan, Egypt, UK).
- Account for local regulations, address systems, and different delivery models.
Data & Insights
- Conduct deep analysis of delivery data, customer behavior, and operational challenges.
- Build dashboards for order health, SLA forecasting, driver capacity, and throughput.
- Use insights to prioritize features and operational improvements.
Skills And Qualifications
- 610+ years of Product Management experience in e-commerce, last-mile delivery, logistics tech, or marketplaces.
- Proven hands-on ownership of OMS, routing/allocation engines, delivery platforms, or fulfillment systems.Familiarity with MENA region logistics, COD flows, addressing challenges, and peak events (Ramadan, Eid, White Friday).
- Strong technical fluency (APIs, microservices, data models, geospatial concepts).
- Excellent stakeholder communication, structured problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with large-scale operational impact.
