Manage and develop the product portfolio, including products, colors, and premium finishes, to support sales growth and market share.
Define and implement product and pricing strategies based on market and competitor analysis.
Lead new product launches in coordination with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain, ensuring effective execution of SOPs.
Collaborate with brand and digital teams to execute local brand strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to optimize product offerings.
Act as a key interface with internal teams and external stakeholders (architects, designers, consultants, developers) to align product offerings with market and project needs, providing color and technical support as required.
Deliver product and color training, workshops, and presentations to internal teams and external customers, supporting brand advocacy initiatives.
Leverage strong knowledge of paints, finishes, and color systems to track global and regional trends and translate them into relevant product offerings, color palettes, and communication tools.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
57 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within paints, coatings, construction materials, or related industries.
Proven experience in product portfolio management, pricing strategy, product launches, and market & competitor analysis.
Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
