About the Role
Were looking for a Tech Lead who combines strong technical leadership with a deep understanding of product design and user experience. Youll guide the creation of intuitive, high-performing digital products for our portfolio brands Soil Spaces, Daily Dose, and Fino ensuring each platform not only works flawlessly but also delights users.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the tech team to design and deliver user-centric digital products.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation, design, and prototyping to launch and optimization.
- Collaborate with brand and operations teams to translate business goals into intuitive user journeys.
- Maintain a strong design philosophy that balances function, beauty, and scalability.
- Ensure consistency and excellence across mobile apps, dashboards, and websites.
- Mentor the team on best practices in UI/UX and product architecture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software/product development with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in product design and user experience design.
- Strong track record of delivering polished, user-friendly digital products.
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) and development stacks (e.g., Flutter, React, Node.js).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
