Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Manager based in Kuwait City. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing product development processes, defining product strategy, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with the company's objectives. Responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing product requirements, managing product life cycles, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs. The role also involves addressing challenges, forecasting trends, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Product Development, Product Life Cycle Management, and Strategic Planning
• Expertise in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Customer Feedback Analysis
• Proven experience in Stakeholder Management, Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams, and Team Leadership
• Understanding of Project Management and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site and adapt to shifting priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Prior experience in product management roles, especially within a fast-paced environment, is preferred
