Job Description

Department: Data Insights & Artificial Intelligence, Digital & Technology Platform Services

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager Visual Analytics who will lead and drive Enterprise Reporting Transformation (EIT) and Cross-Functional Reporting Initiatives across Coca-Cola HBC. The role ensures alignment of reporting products, governance, and standards across functions by collaborating with business stakeholders, DTPS teams, Product Managers, and key external partners. The ideal candidate will be accountable for delivering high quality, scalable and standardized BI reporting solutions, driving adoption, ensuring data quality, and enabling CCH's long term strategic goals through cross-functional, enterprise wide reporting transformation.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure the product/ business solutions are fully meeting business needs at optimal cost with maximized return on investment and secure alignment with Group functional teams and relevant stakeholders in this ROI optimization.
  • Ensure that KBIs across relevant end to end process are following standard definitions and ensure KBI improvement working with function stakeholders.
  • Work within the product budget established in consultation with business sponsors
  • Define the product roadmap based on business outcomes, taking in consideration business requirements and business processes incl. process controls etc.
  • Assess, prioritize and approve change requests as part of end to end product lifecycle responsibility.
  • Take accountability of risk assessment, crisis management and Business continuity plans for the area of responsibility.
  • Perform competitive analysis on the alternatives that target customers might use, so as to understand what capabilities and qualities the product must have to attract customers away from those alternatives
  • Remain aware of the market, seek feedback and input from stakeholders and use as opportunities to improve current or introduce new services/systems
  • Coordinate with Functional Architect to align product architectures
  • Coordinate with Scrum Masters to support for delivery of projects related to scope of Product
  • Proactively identify the specific needs of the internal customer and the opportunities for change in business processes and strive to translate them in valuable solutions;
  • Ensure that customers needs are understood, expectations are managed, and customer satisfaction targets are achieved or exceeded.
  • Work effectively with a wide range of teams from business leaders to DTPS teams driving product success through lean and agile delivery.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS

  • 5+ years relevant operational experience in BI Reporting area, with hands-on experience within more than one domain from (Finance, Legal, People & Culture, Commercial and Supply Chain).
  • Service design experience
  • Successfully completed full project cycle for Key Strategic or Group Projects
  • University Degree in a relevant area
  • Strong project management skills; relevant qualifications and certifications in the area of Project Management, Agile /Scrum, SAFe for Product Owner/Product Manager is considered an advantage.
  • Strong vendor management skills, knowledge and experience in vendor selection, contracting, collaboration
  • Qualifications and certifications in BI Reporting products (especially Power BI).
  • Strong knowledge and experience with MS Azure, ServiceNow, DevOps is considered an advantage.
  • Strong FMCG business process expertise in Commercial, with foundational knowledge across Finance, Supply Chain, and HR reporting, including familiarity with data sources such as SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and SAP BW.
  • Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • English proficiency
